1. Overview
KLAB365 ("we", "our", or "us") operates the KLAB365 mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information when you use the App:
- Account Information. Your name, email address, and a unique user ID generated when you sign in with Apple or Google.
- User Content. Photos that you voluntarily save to your in-app skin diary.
- Camera Access. The App uses your device camera solely to scan QR codes at participating brand locations. Camera frames are processed on-device and are not uploaded to our servers.
- Device Tokens. A non-advertising push-notification token to deliver transactional and service-related messages, if you have opted in.
- Usage Data. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics about how the App is used (such as feature interactions and crash reports) to help us improve performance and reliability.
We do not collect or use an advertising identifier, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
3. How We Use Your Information
- to create, operate, and maintain your account;
- to deliver core App functionality, including QR-driven product, brand, and sample interactions;
- to send transactional and service-related push notifications, where you have opted in;
- to analyze App performance and improve reliability;
- to comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers that host our infrastructure, deliver push notifications, or provide analytics — subject to contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of KLAB365, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you and require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active. You may delete your account at any time from within the App. After account deletion we will delete or anonymize associated personal information within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 7. Children
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
8. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we process. No method of electronic transmission or storage is, however, completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Users
The App is operated from the United States. By using the App you understand that your information will be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, will provide additional notice through the App or by email.
